Once you have your hydrometer ready, you will then test it in unknown fluids.  You will find three new graduated cylinders, labelled "D," "E," and "F."
  1. Place your hydrometer in one if the graduated cylinders.
  2. Once your hydrometer has settled in the graduated cylinder, take note of the height at which the fluid level sits.
  3. Take a reading from your hydrometer.
  4. Record your results and take a picture of your hydrometer in the fluid, be sure the picture clearly shows the scale reading and the cylinder label.
  5. Wash your hydrometer and dry it completely, as before be sure to do this gently.
  6. Repeat the process for the other two graduated cylinders.

Here is an example image showing the reading and graduated cylinder label:

To submit your results go to your Google Classroom and fill in the document I have assigned to you.

Once you have filled in the required information, submit the file to the classroom.  This file is due by next period (this is not the project, it is the quick assignment I referenced.  Do not attach anything other than the document found online.)
