|Science||Knowledge of general facts, laws and relationships that is obtained through systematic observation and experimentation.|
|Independent Variable||The factor that you choose to change in the experiment.|
|Dependant Variable||The factor that will change with the changing independent variable. It is what is measured or observed.|
|Constant Conditions||The factors that do not change in the experiment.|
|Control||A set of factors used as a starting point to which you compare your results.|
